Documenting field feedback on Gene Decode's 1L sodium tetraborate stock solution (1 tsp per liter -> 1 tsp daily dose) paired with the 30-minute Epsom/baking soda/borax bath. Keeping hydration above 2.5L of structured spring water prevents Herxheimer headaches during the first 10 days.

Adding 1 tablespoon of trisodium phosphate (TSP) or pure sea salt to that bath mixture increases the ionic conductivity even further. Make sure you rinse with cold water at the end to close the pores.
