Cilantro crosses into intracellular compartments rapidly and mobilizes metals into bile within 20-30 minutes. If cracked-cell chlorella or zeolite isn't already waiting in the small intestine, those metals reabsorb in the terminal ileum. Always dose binder first!

In our autonomic response testing, giving chlorella 30 minutes before cilantro tincture and rubbing 2 drops of cilantro on the wrists and ankles completely eliminates the neuro-reabsorption of mobilized metals.
