Aggressively reducing dietary omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid) below 2% of total calories to prevent cardiolipin peroxidation in the inner mitochondrial membrane, combined with dissolved molecular hydrogen (H2) water as a selective antioxidant for cytotoxic hydroxyl radicals.

Verified Public Record: "Industrial seed oils loaded with linoleic acid are incorporated into cardiolipin within the inner mitochondrial membrane, where their unstable double bonds oxidize and dismantle cellular energy production." — Fat for Fuel (Chapter 4: Mitochondrial Metabolic Therapy, p. 88 (2017))

Saturated fats like lauric and caprylic acid provide stable mitochondrial fuel that resists the lipid peroxidation seen with omega-6 seed oils.
