Ex-vivo acid-activation of sodium chlorite to produce an aqueous chlorine dioxide gas solution that acts as a selective electron acceptor against anaerobic pathogens.
Primary Citation: The Miracle Mineral Solution of the 21st Century (2006).
Verified Public Record: "Chlorine dioxide is a selective oxidizer. It has an oxidation potential of 0.95 volts, which is strong enough to oxidize anaerobic pathogens and neutralize toxins, but cannot draw electrons from healthy aerobic human cells." — The Miracle Mineral Solution of the 21st Century (Part 2: The Breakthrough Discoveries in Guyana, p. 74 (2006))

Selective oxidation is key. When pathogens are neutralized, binding agents help the body clear cellular debris without toxic reabsorption.
