Pairing 36°F cold water immersion with 200°F dry Finnish sauna sessions to induce norepinephrine release, heat shock protein expression, and vascular vasodilation, supported by cordyceps mushroom extracts.
Primary Citation: The Joe Rogan Experience - Episode #1636 w/ Dr. Susanna Søberg (2021).
Verified Public Record: "I do 20 minutes in a 200-degree sauna, then 3 to 4 minutes in a 36-degree cold plunge. It completely resets my nervous system, triggers massive heat shock proteins, and the inflammation just drops right out of my body." — The Joe Rogan Experience (Episode #1636 w/ Dr. Susanna Søberg, Timestamp 00:48:12 (2021))

Cordyceps militaris combined with lion's mane completely changes aerobic capacity and mid-workout endurance. Pair it with heat shock protein induction in the sauna.
