CDS Protocol V (Vaginal Irrigation)

If you are new to Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS), it is highly recommended to start slow to allow your body to adjust and to minimize Herxheimer (detox) reactions.

• Start Low: Begin with Protocol A (Amateur) or cut your dose in half for the first few days to see how your body reacts.
• Listen to Your Body: If you experience nausea, diarrhea, or extreme fatigue, it means you are oxidizing pathogens faster than your body can eliminate them. Reduce your dose by half the next day.
• Hydration is Key: Drink plenty of additional structured or filtered water throughout the day to help flush out toxins.
• The Vitamin C Conflict: Do not take Vitamin C, antioxidants, or fruit juices within 2 hours of taking CDS, as they will neutralize its oxidative power entirely.
